One accompanying person per sick child may have his/her meals in the designated area of the cafeteria.

Cookies and dinner may be fetched from 3 PM to 3.45 PM (Monday to Friday
only)
One request: please don’t bring your sick child to the cafeteria. The cafeteria is a retreat for our personell.
Vending machines for food, candies and coffee/hot chocolate are located in the cafeteria (accessible at all times), cold drinks are available beneath the staircase (lower level). If you need help, please ask our personnel.
Parents can stay in the Kinderhospital if they wish to do so. Please ask the nurses for housing facilities. On some wards, we have parents rooms, on others, the parents rooms are around the corner. On some wards, parents may sleep in the same room as their child, but due to space restrictions, this is not always possible. Please note that we can only provide space in the child’s room if no other sick children need this space. Also, the comfort is somewhat reduced if you choose to stay in the room of your child.
We would like to make your stay in our hospital as comfortable as possible. For your convenience, we offer parents rooms on the 1st floor next to the elevators, equipped with a TV set and comfortable sofas. Here, you can rest and retreat for a while.
Our large garden is equipped with many toys and playing devices. Direct access is possible from most rooms of the “Gartenstation”. All others, please exit our main entrance and turn left twice.
A playing room is provided next to the entrance to the “Gartenstation”. During working hours, our team welcomes all children that are able to leave the ward. Of course, this is not possible with infectious diseases.
